Baba's blend decoded
More than fifty years ago, Baba (Punjabi for grandfather), created this aromatic digestive herbal mix from nine carefully selected herbs and spices. It was a daily ritual — a pinch of cumin, ginger, long pepper, cardamom, garlic, black seed, and other herbs and spices, carefully blended by hand every morning. In Ayurvedic tradition, Agni — the inner fire — sits at the centre of daily life. This was Baba's way of honouring it.
r-veda® was founded to bring this family recipe back to life, and to carry forward Baba's way of doing things: transparent sourcing, honest labels, nothing unnecessary.
