Baba's blend decoded
More than fifty years ago, the co-founder’s grandfather, affectionately known as Baba (Punjabi for grandfather), created this aromatic digestive herbal mix from nine carefully selected herbs and spices. It was a daily ritual — a pinch of cumin, ginger, long pepper, cardamom, garlic, black seed, and other herbs and spices, carefully blended by hand to ignite the body's Agni: the inner fire of digestion that Ayurveda recognises as the foundation of health.
