Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original seal intact. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food supplements. Process: Please contact us at info@r-veda.com to initiate a return.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: In addition to your statutory rights, if you are not satisfied with your first purchase of any r-veda product, contact us at info@r-veda.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (original shipping costs excluded). This guarantee applies to first-time purchases of a product, limited to one claim per product per customer, and applies whether or not the pouch has been opened. This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
