1. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands, PO Boxes, or British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses. International: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Fulfillment & Delivery Partners: To ensure the highest standard of service, all orders are fulfilled by our logistics partner, Amazon Shipping.While you order directly from r-veda®, your package may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging.This partnership allows us to offer reliable tracking and expedited dispatch times.

3. Shipping Options & Timelines: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.This email will contain your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the email.

Failed Deliveries & Issues Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. r-veda® cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Missed Delivery: If you are not home, the carrier (Amazon Logistics or their designated partner) will usually leave a card or attempt redelivery the following day.Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the products and contact us immediately at info@r-veda.com so we can resolve it with our fulfillment partner.
