About Baba's blend

Baba's Blend is a blended mix of nine warming
culinary herbs and spices — black pepper, long pepper, garlic, ginger, cumin,
black seed, green & black cardamom, asafoetida and black salt — made from a
family recipe passed down for over fifty years. A traditional Ayurvedic-style
kitchen blend. Vegan and independently third-party tested, including for heavy
metals.

Baba's Blend Decoded

More than fifty years ago, the co-founder’s grandfather, affectionately known as Baba (Punjabi for grandfather), created this aromatic digestive herbal mix from nine carefully selected herbs and spices. It was a daily ritual — a pinch of cumin, ginger, long pepper, cardamom, garlic, black seed, and other herbs and spices, carefully blended by hand to ignite the body's Agni.
